Fire Safety

The Office of the State Fire Commissioner has collected information on the value on residential sprinkler systems.  Sprinkler systems play an important role in saving life by controlling the spread for fire.  In many homes the structure and contents are built with light weight materials which burn very quickly and generate large amounts of toxic smoke and heat.  Like smoke detectors, having a sprinkler system in your residence should be an important consideration for every home owner.
