PFD units were dispatched at 2224 hrs to Kenalcon Drive for a possible chimney fire. CHIEF 65 (Gable) arrived on location with embers and flames from chimney. Interior Crews reported a possible smoke condition in the attic and a 1 ¾ hand line was stretched to the front door as a precaution. The fire in the chimney was extinguished with a dry chemical extinguisher and crews checked for extension. PFD units cleared a short time later and the home was turned over to the home owner.
